Es bindet polymorphkernige <a href="Leukozyt" title="Leukozyt">Leukozyten</a> durch Bindung der <a href="Rezeptor_(Biochemie)" title="Rezeptor (Biochemie)">Rezeptoren</a> <a href="CCR1" title="CCR1">CCR1</a>, <a href="CCR4" title="CCR4">CCR4</a><sup id="cite_ref-pmid11278300_1-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-pmid11278300-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> und <a href="CCR5" title="CCR5">CCR5</a>.
